Here is our favorite guy Buddy the burrow. He brings miles of smiles every morning that we get to see him.

Here is the group of horses that Buddy hangs with. The horses are very eager to see us this morning and walk quickly to the fence to try to visit with us.

Awww…Buddy is so short he only comes up to the bottom of the horse’s bellies.

We never get enough of Buddy.

To the right just across from Buddy and the horses is an eagle in the trees. It’s one of our favorite past times to count how many bald and golden eagle we can see for the day.

Awww…here’s another friend I spy in the Fall grasslands

He lets me photograph him and decides he needs to get going.

We went through the corral. We think we ended up at the wrong gate, although the road is ahead.

But no worries I’ll get the gate… new adventures await! I wonder who we’re going to see on our journey home it was quite an animal day on our drive-in to the Badlands.
